About Us

Florida RDH Pathway was founded by an experienced dental hygienist and clinical coach who has witnessed firsthand the unique challenges internationally trained dentists face when transitioning into dental hygiene careers in Florida. With a background in both private practice and DSO clinical leadership, she has managed over 45 dental offices and supported numerous hygienists across diverse teams.

Over the years, she has interviewed and worked with countless foreign-trained dentists, many of whom struggled to secure full-time employment due to gaps in communication, cultural expectations, clinical readiness, or job search strategy.

 

Florida RDH Pathway was created to close that gap by offering practical coaching, career support, and personalized guidance to help international providers confidently step into their new roles and succeed long-term.
